When we learn new things and make new habits, new bridges are formed between the neurons in our brain, which can make us smarter. I share 7 habits that will develop intelligence with scientific reasons.
1. Playing a musical instrument Playing a musical instrument enhances creativity, analytical thinking, language learning and math abilities. It has been proven that playing a musical instrument strengthens the corpus callosum, which connects the two lobes of the brain, by making new connections.
2. Reading
Newspaper, book or blog… Reading reduces stress, makes you feel good and improves both analytical and emotional intelligence. It also increases your problem-solving abilities. Thus, it indirectly improves your managerial skills.
3. Regular exercise
I'm not talking about occasional exercise, I'm talking about regular exercise. With regular exercise, your cells are fed with proteins called BDNF, which improve your memory, learning and focus abilities. Some scientists say that sitting still all day will have the opposite effect, causing you to lose these abilities. Attention.
4. Learning a new language
Stop doing puzzles to improve your memory

Try learning a new language instead. In the study, people who speak two languages

It has been observed that people who speak one language have more advanced puzzle skills than people who speak one language. It has also been observed that bilinguals are more proactive in problem solving. It will also be beneficial for your business and personal development to know more than one language.
5. Learn regularly
Many of us studied during the midterm and final weeks at university and passed the exams. Then? We forgot most of what we learned afterwards. Because to really learn something, you need to study regularly. It also develops intelligence. For this, when you want to learn a new language or something that will have a positive impact on your business, take time to study every day.
6. Do brain exercises
Activities such as sudoku, puzzles, card games, and intelligence-enhancing computer games are ideal for brain exercises. This type of exercise builds new bridges between neurons and creates new synopses.
7. Meditation
Worship, yoga, breathing exercises… It doesn't matter how you meditate. In the experiments conducted by the Dalai Lama, the brain waves of people meditating were monitored and it was proven that meditation improves intelligence. The common theme of all this research is that your intelligence can be further developed and this is done at your will. Try some of these habits and you will see the benefits. At the end of the day, none of the above is harmful.
