In the 1960s, 423 madmen escaped from the Elazig Mental Hospital and dispersed to the streets and avenues of Elazig. The famous doctor of that time, Mr. Mutemet, was the chief physician of the hospital. They asked the doctor what to do.
Mutemet Bey: "Give me a whistle and come sticking with me." says.
The doctor wanders around Elazig playing train-train behind a few staff in front. All crazy people enter this queue and become a wagon. When they arrived at the hospital, the number was 612 people.
