People don't realize.

Years chase each other.

When I look back, it's been 10 years.

As the calendar leaves showed December 16, 2003, I started to work as the Regional Manager.

We were around 40 people.

We grew up and became a big family.

We were excited, full of energy, young and a little inexperienced!

The last 10 years have matured and gained experience.

We lost some of our excitement and energy, but thank God we have not had a job to make us blush.

Of course we had difficulties, of course we had our sorrows, of course we had our sorrows.

We tried to live the sorrows and joys together, we tried to be a partner in all of them.

If you are living life, if you are managing people, if you are doing a job, you will have difficulties, you will have sorrows, you will have troubles.

In these matters, life does not and will not pass to anyone.

That's why anything can happen to any of us at any time.

There are no guarantees of our next ten minutes.

I have always looked at life like this, and I will continue to do so.

I don't know what the next days will bring.

We ate, drank, traveled, wandered, rejoiced, saddened!

We lived life, or rather we tried to live it.

I've been putting aside my own sorrows over the past 10 years.

I may have upset some of my friends because of the seat I'm sitting in.

I always thought I made fair decisions as a manager.

I have always taken care to leave emotionality and friendship aside.

We have worked closely with many of my employees.

I am very grateful to everyone.

Sometimes they took my burden, sometimes they took my sadness.

It's time, maybe I upset them too.

After all, I'm a human too.

I may have made mistakes.

I may have behaviors that I cannot adjust the dosage of.

I met you at the worst time of my life.

You gave me 10 wonderful years.

I wish each and every one of you health and happiness in the years to come.

I ask you to be in harmony with your environment.

Learn your job very well and do it in the best way.

Exist with your work, let your work be your reference.

Success is in the small details.

It's so easy to criticize!

Always be constructive.

is not important enough to break a person's heart.

I will continue my working life as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Gaziantep University.

I may be leaving you institutionally, but I want you to know that I will always be by your side as a sibling, a friend, a friend and I am going through the most difficult of separations.

I will continue to kneel against fate and wait for the surprises of this wonderful life.
