He was born in 1968 as the 5th child of a family of 8 children, in the 7-household Zizikan hamlet of Hacıhalil Village in the Besni district of Adıyaman.

There was no school in the village where he spent his childhood.

The nearest school was 4 km from the village.

For five years, he went to school in the neighboring village with his three uncles and finished primary school.

Due to impossibilities, he could not read for two years after primary school.

He wanted to study, but he had no such opportunity.

He escaped from the village and started secondary school in Gaziantep.

He earned his living by working at the street market on weekends and shining shoes.

He finished secondary school by staying at the house of his eldest brother and relatives, who is the eldest in the family.

He didn't have a chance to attend high school, except for boarding school.

He entered the dormitory exams of the General Directorate of Foundations with the state lack of money exam.

Although the state passed the free boarding exam, he could not register because he was in the village and could not register because he was in the village and lost his right to do so.

He had passed the exam of Foundations Yurdu as a substitute.

He got lucky and Vakıflar Student Dormitory got all the backups.

He completed his high school education in Hatay İskenderun Belen High School as a boarding student in Vakıflar Secondary Education Dormitory.

He devoted himself to reading books and cultural activities rather than lessons.

He won the Erzurum Atatürk University Faculty of Agriculture Department of Agricultural Economics in the University exams he entered for the first time in 1985.

He transferred to Çukurova University in the first year due to his good grades.

He graduated with honors in 1989.

After graduation, he worked in the private sector for a while.

On the other hand, he did not cut his ties with the university and started his master's education.

He completed his master's degree in 1993 by preparing the thesis on "The Structure and Problems of Consumption Expenditures of University Students".

During his graduate education, he became interested in social sciences.

Meanwhile, his only goal was to pursue an academic career, and for this, he began to take university lecturer exams.

He took exactly 26 exams, mainly in Urfa, Van, Erzurum, Tokat, Samsun, Muğla, Karabük, Bolu and Ankara.

About the 27th exam He won the Instructor exam at Tokat Gaziosman Paşa University.

After working in Tokat for a very short time, he transferred to Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University.

While continuing his duty as a lecturer, he started his doctorate education at Sivas Cumhuriyet University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Production Management and Marketing.

He attended the university in Kahramanmaraş for two days a week and continued his doctorate education by going to Sivas and Kayseri for the remaining three days.

He received his doctorate in 1997 with his doctoral thesis titled "Political Marketing Practices of Deputies and Voters".

He took courses on public relations and communication, especially marketing.

His books “Political Marketing” and “Why Are They Losing in Politics” were released.

He has published many articles on marketing, political marketing and economics in various journals.

As an academic hobby, he made special researches on traffic and traffic accidents.

He gave conferences on the subject in different places.

In the meantime, he organized a fundraising organization among his term friends to pay the debt of loyalty to the students staying in the dormitories of the non-governmental organizations he supported during his high school and university education. they were sentenced to prison.

This penalty was converted into money by the court! However, since the file was included in the amnesty of Rahşan Hanım, she escaped punishment (!).

Although he fulfilled all the criteria for associate professorship in the year he finished his doctorate education, he was not given a teaching staff for 6 years!

On September 9, 2003, he left his favorite university, where he worked as a lecturer, and started to work as Deputy Regional Director of Gaziantep, Prime Ministry Turkish Statistical Institute.

He was appointed as the Regional Manager on 16 December 2003.

While he was serving as the Regional Director, he took the exams for associate professorship from outside, but he was always found unsuccessful with the majority of votes at the work stage.

In his last application, he encountered a rare case study.

Although he was found successful 3-2 both on the web and in the written notification in his last application for associate professorship, it was revealed that there was a formal error after the jury members' personal reports were determined by him and reported to the interuniversity board by 3-2, and the said application was again negative 3-2!

In addition to his duty as the Regional Manager, he served as the Chairman of the Strategic Action Commission for nearly two years within the scope of the Economic and Social Integration Project (EKOSEP) carried out jointly by the Gaziantep Governorship and the Metropolitan Municipality.

He took part in the joint working group formed by Gaziantep Police Department and Metropolitan Municipality in order to create a permanent traffic culture in Gaziantep.

He left his duty as Regional Manager on February 4, 2013 and started to work as a lecturer in Gaziantep University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Department of Production Management and Marketing on February 5, 2013.
