Today, November 24, is teacher's day.
On this occasion, I congratulate all teachers on this beautiful and special day.
They are doing a very sacred duty.
Most of them are aware of this, but unfortunately some of them are not!
There are those who do their job properly.

There are those who do it, there are those who want to do it but cannot.
I mean non-appointed teachers.
I want to bring a different perspective to the subject.
When the word teacher is mentioned, teachers who work in primary, secondary and high schools come to mind.
In my opinion, the teacher is much further away!
We should not forget that a mother or father is a teacher.
The most important teachers are parents.
The literacy rate in Japan is 100%.
Most mothers with university degrees are housewives.
When asked the reason for this, they give the following answer; "The child raised by a mother who did not graduate from university is different from the child raised by a mother who graduated from university.
They answer, "I have to go to university to raise a more qualified child for the future of the country."
We also need to capture this perspective.
But of course we need more time for that.
Besides parents, a bus driver, a policeman, a janitor, a security guard, a canteen attendant, a bus driver are just as important as a teacher when appropriate.
Each of them is in a position to teach students something at all times, due to their duties.
Therefore, they should act with this perspective while performing their duties.
Unfortunately, there is much to be said about these issues.
We are not very good in education, we are not doing well.
We do not pay much attention to the methodology in order to bring institutionalization, standardization, quality and quality in education to the international level.
Every incoming administration is playing with something, and when that happens, strange things happen.
That's why we always complain about the education system.
We keep on saying that education is the beginning of everything, without getting tired of it.
Especially now, there is the issue of transforming the classrooms, the subject of education is at the bottom.
Taking this opportunity, we need to do something at international standards regarding teachers and teaching duties.
Finland is the best in this regard.
There may be a lot of things we can get from Finland.
Not everyone should be a teacher, not everyone should be made a teacher.
While the student is still in high school, it should be determined whether he can become a teacher with good guidance.
The personal rights of teachers should be maximized.
Very serious performance indicators should come into play.
I told you, there is a lot to be said about this, a lot of work to be done!
But first we need to resolve the issue of "democracy".
Again, happy "teachers' day" to all our teachers.
