The ultimate goal of a 10-year-old Japanese boy is to become a world-renowned judoka. But an unexpected traffic accident destroyed all his dreams; He lost his left arm just above the shoulder.

All her dreams were shattered.

How do you become a judoka with one arm?

But he still gave it to one of Japan's most famous judo instructors to keep his family entertained.

The teacher showed the boy a throwing movement that he could do with one arm and they started working on it.

The child memorized the movement in two weeks.

His teacher said: "It was good." Now try to do it faster."

Over time, the boy started to do the movement with lightning speed.

Then he went to his teacher.” I learned this move very well now. We can take another action.”

“There is no need for another move,” said the teacher.

That's enough for you…” The studies took a year.

teacher one day

He told his student that it was time to join the tournament.

Participating in a one-arm, one-motion judo tournament? The boy was about to object… His teacher advised, “Do the move you learned, don't worry about the rest.”

The tournament has started.

Our team passed the first laps with astonishing speed and ease and reached the final.

In the final, he faced the biggest judo player of the region with his double size.

His teacher said, "Make your own game, the rest is done."

When his giant rival, who saw half as much as the one-armed child in front of him, approached a little indifferently, he found himself in the air and then on the ground.

The one-armed boy won the tournament.

He could not stand it and asked:

“Teacher, how did I beat all of them?”

His teacher smiled.

“There are three secrets of victory, my son:

First, you set a goal in mind;

Second, you've learned perfectly one of the most difficult throwing moves in judo;

Third, there is only one defense move against this move you have learned. Holding the left arm of the person doing the move!..”
